.New Business Development Manager,. .London and New York, Competitive
As Commercial Leader you’ll be a key figure in the development and growth of the company, building and implementing our business development strategy. We’d expect you to have at least two years professional commercial experience, ideally within the Market Research sector. We’re looking for someone who’ll bring enthusiasm, intellect and a desire to learn on the job. This role is about combining leadership and commercial acumen to deliver growth for the company and the people who work here. Our approach to business development is very much marketing-led and the role will involve working closely with our account & communications team to implement our business development strategy. This will involve: Overall responsibility for managing the business development process within each One Minute to Midnight office & helping us develop more of a sales culture Working closely with our Communications team to co-ordinate the creation and distribution of relevant content to target buyers Helping to develop our existing clients in tandem with key account leads Generating meetings, briefs and pitching process with potential clients within our target market sectors, where One Minute to Midnight’s offer is strongest Co-ordinating closely with your BDM counterpart across the Atlantic to ensure a joined up Global approach The role would suit someone who is confident, entrepreneurial and enjoys working in a creatively driven environment Ultimately to help One Minute to Midnight achieve its growth ambitions and maximise sales opportunities Specific skills you’ll need to have: Proven track record of managing the business development process Demonstratable knowledge of the Insights and Market Research sector A great network of contacts to help build company growth The ability to oversee team member growth Experience integrating business development, marketing and product development Have fun whilst you work Additionally we’d love you to: Have experience as a researcher Experience of the Entertainment, Tech & Finance or Lifestyle brands space

As Research Executive you’ll be shifting from passive learning to active doing of Market Research, with demonstrable experience. We’d expect you to have some degree of specific professional research experience, ideally 6 months. We’re looking for someone who’ll bring enthusiasm, intellect and a desire to learn to the job. This role is about learning and doing. Specific skills you’ll need to have: Excellent attention to detail Knowledge of the principles of research Demonstrable practice of research methodologies Ability to work as part of a team Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a professional environment Have fun whilst you work Have project management experience Additionally, we’d love you to: Speak multiple languages Know how to handle quantitative data sets Have experience in design and data visualisation
.Senior Research Executive, London, £32k.
As Senior Research Executive you’ll be taking greater ownership of projects, with greater independence. We’d expect you to have some specific professional research experience, a minimum of 18 months. We’re looking for someone who’ll bring enthusiasm, intellect and a desire to learn to the job. This role is all about making research happen. Specific skills you’ll need to have: Excellent attention to detail Experience of working end to end on large-scale global research projects, including project management Demonstrable practice of research methodologies Ability to work as part of a team Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a professional environment Have fun whilst you work Additionally we’d love you to: Some qualitative moderating experience Speak multiple languages Know how to handle quantitative data sets Have experience in design and data visualisation
.Research Manager, London, £40k.
As Research Manager you’ll be starting to lead projects with the guidance of the senior team as well as mentor junior team members. We’d expect you to have a range professional research experience, a minimum of 3 years. We’re looking for someone who’ll bring enthusiasm, intellect and a desire to learn to the job. This role is about both research and human management. Specific skills you’ll need to have: Excellent project management experience Experience of working end to end on large-scale global research projects, including moderating, client management, analysis and presentation Ability to work both as a team member and leader Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a professional environment Have fun whilst you work Additionally we’d love you to: Speak multiple languages A desire to present insights back creatively Have experience in design and data visualisation Management experience
